Recently I had the opportunity to work with my good friend Daniel Khoshkharaman and use his amazing interior design services. Daniel is the senior designer & owner of GRANDIOR, a full service design showroom. Daniel is very professional, very pleasant, and very easy to deal with. He is a very responsible person and cares about every details and tries his best to save money and best of all he is a very knowledgeable designer. He designed our restaurant and catering hall, and did a great job! When we saw the kitchen Daniel, the owner, had done in our neighbor’s house and heard about what a good experience they had we knew we could work with Daniel. We used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, and together they created a kitchen that is modern and efficient yet reflects the charm of our 80 year old house. I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!

Daniel designed my kitchen remodel. He was fun to work with, very knowledgeable and I loved his design. He always got back to me in a timely fashion. His contractors are also respectful and helpful and everyone stayed within my budget. I am very pleased with the whole process.

I hired Grandior to do my bath in my small condominium I was so pleased with the result I am now doing the master bath.I found Daniel himself very knowledgeable of his products and great design sense. He was very willing to change things around several times until i got exactly what I wanted. He is able to do a very high styled contemporary bath or a more traditional design including breadboard and Venetian glass. I highly recommend Grandior!

The best designer I could ever have hoped for! Style, class, imagination, creativity, attention to detail and flair are just some of Grandior’s qualities. We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition.
We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. We would, and have, highly recommended him to others and are continuing to use his services to complete two other bathrooms.

Daniel Khoshkharaman of Grandior was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website earlier this summer. He was then contracted to design and execute a full scale gut out and remodel two bathrooms in my house. We ended up redoing one of them with body sprays shower combo, granite floors and glass mosaic tiles. The guest bathroom is a very special red paint with gold specks. Basically, everything looks very professionally done. I can say that he did a wonderful job. It was well worth the time and money.
I guess the good thing about hiring Daniel was his vision and his meticulous attention to detail in execution. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

Daniel is very talented. He took an absolutely dismal kitchen and made into a masterpiece. His eye for detail is amazing which was proven when he chose the paint for the entire house and helped us decide where to hang our artwork.

I chose Grandior Kitchen and Bath because I was impressed with Daniel and the multitude of beautiful samples in his store. I had a totally non functional, tiny kitchen, a real ugly duckling. Daniel transformed it into a very beautiful swan. I found Daniel very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He has an excellent sense of design. He came up with some 3 dimensional designs which we fine tuned. He helped me choose products that worked well together, then we moved forward and the plan was put into action. We stayed within budget. Now I have a beautiful kitchen and dining room. I cook a lot more now.

He takes personal interest in the job. He is willing to make as many visits as possible to get the right design for the project. His recommendations are excellent. Even after the project is done, he is willing to come back any time to fix any inadequacies. We wish him well.
