Disorganized kitchen turned into a masterpiece on a relatively low budget!

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath and Daniel Khoshkharaman, the Principal Designer. Daniel was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, patience, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website sometime in February. Daniel has great knowledge of all types of products that go into designing a great kitchen. His showroom also has an amazing selection and price ranges. Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece out of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices.


I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.


I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen by Grandior Kitchen & Bath. Daniel K. personally guided me through the entire process of designing my kitchen. He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing. Daniel assisted me through the entire process of decision making, ordering, delivery and follow up. He was also a great resource to my installer. The product was delivered on schedule which allowed the installer to complete the project in time for Thanksgiving. Daniel handled questions/concerns promptly. I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen & Bath. My husband and I are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen. We have many bells & whistles which make it easier and enjoyable to prepare meals. My family spends much more time in the kitchen. Friends and neighbors are impressed. I have no regrets. I would do this again. I am very happy.

Well Worth The Time And Money!

Daniel Khoshkharaman of Grandior was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website earlier this summer. He was then contracted to design and execute a full scale gut out and remodel two bathrooms in my house. We ended up redoing one of them with body sprays shower combo, granite floors and glass mosaic tiles. The guest bathroom is a very special red paint with gold specks. Basically, everything looks very professionally done. I can say that he did a wonderful job. It was well worth the time and money.
I guess the good thing about hiring Daniel was his vision and his meticulous attention to detail in execution. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.
