Daniel is very talented. He took an absolutely dismal kitchen and made into a masterpiece. His eye for detail is amazing which was proven when he chose the paint for the entire house and helped us decide where to hang our artwork.

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath. My husband and I were at a loss on how to renovate the kitchen in our house. When we saw the kitchen Daniel, the owner, had done in our neighbor’s house and heard about what a good experience they had we knew we could work with Daniel. He has wonderful ideas and is very knowledgeable on what makes a perfect kitchen. We used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, and together they created a kitchen that is modern and efficient yet reflects the charm of our 80 year old house. Daniel was available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. That project was completed exactly when promised.

I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!

We appreciated the responsiveness to our requests and flexibility that was offered. He has designed our entire home, which was destroyed by fire in 2014. Bathrooms, kitchen, home office, walk-in closet & flooring designs have been wonderful. We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition.
We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen by Grandior Kitchen & Bath. Daniel K. personally guided me through the entire process of designing my kitchen. He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing. All I could say is wow.

For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.

Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results.
