Daniel has great knowledge of all types of products that go into designing a great kitchen. His showroom also has an amazing selection and price ranges. Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece out of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices.


I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.


I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

All I could say is wow.


For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.


Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Wow. Wow. Wow. All I could say is wow. For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me. So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out. The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used. Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend him. Daniel Gave Us The Master Bath And Bedroom That We Had Imagined!

Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

We LOVE this firm! Because of COVID we waited 7 months with no dishwasher and an infuriatingly old kitchen. When we decided enough is enough we actually needed the kitchen turned over in record time. I believe it was 3 weeks from selection to complete installation. Our friends said he would promise but could never deliver on that timetable, that we weren't accounting for things gone wrong, a contractor that wouldn't show up, parts that were ordered wrong/incompletely. NOT A BIT OF IT. The day he said he would start he did, and the day he said he would finish he did. I don't have a good sense of design so Daniel gently made suggestions, and he seemed intuitively to know what i would like, what would go together, what would look new and fresh without looking glitzy or boring. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. And new handles for what remained, too, to pull it all together. He was fun, and funny, and self-effacing, and totally professional, knowledgeable, and happy to please, and we felt very confident with him from the beginning. Never an issue of up-selling or selling us beyond our price range. Just an all around happy, excited experience. Excellent range of products in the showroom, which he opened just for us, during COVID. The contractor was neat, personable, on time, perfect installation.

I don't have a good sense of design so Daniel gently made suggestions, and he seemed intuitively to know what i would like, what would go together, what would look new and fresh without looking glitzy or boring. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. And new handles for what remained, too, to pull it all together. He was fun, and funny, and self-effacing, and totally professional, knowledgeable, and happy to please, and we felt very confident with him from the beginning. Never an issue of up-selling or selling us beyond our price range. Just an all around happy, excited experience. Excellent range of products in the showroom, which he opened just for us, during COVID. The contractor was neat, personable, on time, perfect installation.

I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.


I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!
