From the first conversation to the final installation, our team will guide you with clarity and care every step of the way. Grandior’s team oversees every aspect of your design project to ensure exceptional designs. Every design begins with a vision – with a sense of the possibilities. At Grandior, we work with you to explore these possibilities to create a space that is the perfect blend of function, style and beauty.
Outlined below are the steps you can expect to take on your journey from concept to completion.
Envisioning Your Dream Space
During our initial consultation, we’ll explore the overall style and scope of your project in a relaxed, low-pressure setting. Our team will listen closely to your needs, review any inspiration you’ve gathered, and begin shaping a clear path forward—providing thoughtful guidance on design direction, timeline, and budget.
The primary goal for this in-showroom consultation meeting is: To get to know you, offering inspiration, advice and guidance as you explore what’s possible for your home. This meeting is to understand your desires, needs and limitations. And to discuss scope of the project and budget. You can experience examples of our work at our showrooms. Before we ever set pencil to paper, we need to understand you: How you live, how you cook, how you entertain, etc. In the middle of all this, you are getting to know us too.
Through your design consultation we will make sure that we really understand how you use your space, using our experience to highlight those extra special touches that will enhance your every day. Together you’ll start exploring possibilities, sharing ideas and getting to know and understand what perfection means to you.
Complimentary Project Estimate
After gathering the necessary information and establishing a preliminary layout (completed by your architect, interior designer, or our design team), Grandior will provide a complimentary project estimate of anticipated costs. Subject to adjustments for any additions or alterations, this amount is intended for budgetary purposes and will be finalized at the conclusion of design development.
Initial Deposit
Following thorough review of your project estimate and initial design, we’ll run through any additional questions you may have concerning overall design and cost. Once preliminary project parameters are agreed upon and you’d like us to officially come on board, we’ll ask for a non-refundable deposit, determined based on the scope of the project, which will be applied to your final invoice.
Your Unique Design
With your initial deposit in place, we’ll begin the design development stage of your project, finalizing major plans and elevations, and connecting with project partners. From concept to completion, the design process typically takes 2-6 weeks. Within that time frame, a Grandior senior designer will visit your home or project site to confirm measurements and gain a full understanding of your space. They’ll also be available for additional meetings at our showroom—an ideal setting for making confident, informed design decisions.
Final Contract Deposit
Once you are completely satisfied with the design and all decisions have been made regarding layout, features, and finishes, a final financial statement for your project will be prepared. Prior to production, the balance of the deposit is due, reflecting 50% of the total contract value (less the initial deposit).
Craft & Creation
Ideas become reality, handcrafted with obsessive care by our dedicated craftsman and women. Our various workshops in the North America are center of excellence, where we combine precision technology with combined 100-year-old cabinetry and finishing skills to ensure the exceptional quality of every single piece.
Installation
Your vision comes home. Once production of your project is complete and awaiting delivery, the balance of the total contract value becomes due and must be received 14 days prior to delivery. Upon receiving payment, we will arrange for your custom cabinetry to be delivered and installed by one of our preferred skilled installation team, careful specialists who share our values. In order to guarantee that every job we do is consistent with our standards, we take care of all installations by referring the job to one of our preferred contractors. These installers are experts in their trade and understand how to properly fit and navigate through each and every custom space.
Project Review
Post installation, our project manager will connect with you to review the completed project. Any open queries or additional needs will be addressed at this time. Our goal is to ensure you’re 100% satisfied with the finished product.

Even after your project is completed, our partnership continues. Your custom cabinetry is backed by a limited lifetime warranty—our Luxury for Life promise. We take pride in knowing our quality craftsmanship is part of your home, and we are committed to providing long-term support and aftercare to maintain its beauty and functionality for years to come.
