Grandior Custom Cabinetry is backed by our limited LIFETIME warranty — your assurance of exemplary quality, craftsmanship and a solid investment.

 

Grandior Custom Cabinetry proudly warrants its manufactured product to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use and care for as long as the original purchaser owns the product and the product is at the original site of installation. Our obligation under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts which may prove defective under normal home use and care during this period. This lifetime warranty is not extended to replacement of component parts. The purchaser is advised, however, that component parts manufactured by others may have their own warranties.

This limited warranty does not cover defects caused by improper storage, installation, misuse or neglect. Nor does it cover any expense involved in removing, shipping and reinstalling any items or products. This warranty applies only to defects. It does not apply to natural aging or mellowing of wood and wood finishes, nor to normal wear and tear.

Grandior Custom Cabinetry reserves the option of approving field repair or returning the cabinets or component to the factory for correction.

We exclude and are not responsible for any consequential damages nor for any incidental damages arising out of this breach of any expressed, written, or implied warranty which relates to our products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages. Therefore, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

We will not assume, nor authorize any person to assume for us any liability in connection with the sale of Grandior Custom Cabinetry products. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. To obtain performance under this limited lifetime warranty you must contact us and report the defects claimed in writing.

We LOVE this firm! Because of COVID we waited 7 months with no dishwasher and an infuriatingly old kitchen. When we decided enough is enough we actually needed the kitchen turned over in record time. I believe it was 3 weeks from selection to complete installation. Our friends said he would promise but could never deliver on that timetable, that we weren't accounting for things gone wrong, a contractor that wouldn't show up, parts that were ordered wrong/incompletely. NOT A BIT OF IT. The day he said he would start he did, and the day he said he would finish he did. I don't have a good sense of design so Daniel gently made suggestions, and he seemed intuitively to know what i would like, what would go together, what would look new and fresh without looking glitzy or boring. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. And new handles for what remained, too, to pull it all together. He was fun, and funny, and self-effacing, and totally professional, knowledgeable, and happy to please, and we felt very confident with him from the beginning. Never an issue of up-selling or selling us beyond our price range. Just an all around happy, excited experience. Excellent range of products in the showroom, which he opened just for us, during COVID. The contractor was neat, personable, on time, perfect installation.

Daniel has great knowledge of all types of products that go into designing a great kitchen. His showroom also has an amazing selection and price ranges. Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece out of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices.


I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.


I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece out of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices. I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.
