Daniel Is Very Knowledgeable And Has A Great Design Sense!

I hired Grandior to do my bath in my small condominium I was so pleased with the result I am now doing the master bath.I found Daniel himself very knowledgeable of his products and great design sense. He was very willing to change things around several times until i got exactly what I wanted. He is able to do a very high styled contemporary bath or a more traditional design including breadboard and Venetian glass. I highly recommend Grandior!

Hands-Down The Best Kitchen Designer In Baltimore!!!

We loved working with Grandior Kitchens. Their time, design ideas, and craftsmanship helped us maximize space in our kitchen and achieve the look we had desired--within the time frame and price promised. The friendliness of all Grandior team made the process fun too! In addition to our kitchen renovation, we also worked with Grandior to remodel our master bathroom, the hallway bathroom and the guest bath. All the custom bathroom cabinetry are beautiful, useful and seemingly built to withstand heavy use in a busy household with kids. Love the stone work as well. Daniel Worked Within Our Budget!

Daniel did a wonderful job designing our master bathroom remodeling project. He worked within our budget and provided quality materials. Daniel stayed with the project until completion and solved any necessary changes. His recommendation of Suess Construction to do the installation was outstanding. Daniel Is A Great Listener, Professional, And Has A Great Personality!

What first impressed me about Daniel were his personality, professionalism, and the “connection” that was made between him and us. He had the ability to hear our “wants and needs” to design our perfect kitchen, entertainment room, and living room. His team of workmen all shared in the same work ethic. They were always on time, were courteous, pleasant and neat working in our home. He was there to assist us in all aspects of the decision making; cabinetry, hardware, lighting, appliances, countertops, furniture, flooring, lighting, window treatments, and color scheme with much ease. As promised he made himself available via phone or text to answer any and all questions. His calm demeanor helped to make this an extremely smooth and easy renovation that we ever anticipated. We would highly recommend Grandior to anyone who is considering a kitchen renovation.

The Result Is Amazing! Friends And Neighbors Are Impressed!

I am very pleased with my new kitchen by Grandior Kitchen & Bath. Daniel K. personally guided me through the entire process of designing my kitchen. He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing. Daniel assisted me through the entire process of decision making, ordering, delivery and follow up. He was also a great resource to my installer.

The product was delivered on schedule which allowed the installer to complete the project in time for Thanksgiving. Daniel handled questions/concerns promptly. I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen & Bath. My husband and I are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen. We have many bells & whistles which make it easier and enjoyable to prepare meals. My family spends much more time in the kitchen.

Disorganized Kitchen Turned Into A Masterpiece!

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath and Daniel Khoshkharaman, the Principal Designer. Daniel was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, patience, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website sometime in February. Daniel has great knowledge of all types of products that go into designing a great kitchen. His showroom also has an amazing selection and price ranges. Daniel is a great designer and was able to make a masterpiece out of my disorganized and impractical kitchen, and all this on a relatively low budget! He also helped me to purchase appliances at great prices.

I used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, who was also super professional and knowledgeable. I could not asked for a better contractor to do this job. My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.

I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

Grandior Has Made Our Dream Kitchen Possible!

We've been working with Daniel at Grandior for our kitchen cabinets. He was able to get us inset custom cabinets for the price of pre-fab. I'm amazed it worked out. Also, I'm sure I have been annoying to work with at times--I am detail-oriented and a painfully thorough communicator, and Daniel has not seemed to mind in the least. He's so easy to work with. He'll give you his opinion, knowledge, and input, and then respect whatever choice you make in the end. So thankful we found Grandior and Daniel to work with--he has made our dream kitchen possible.

Daniel is very likeable and friendly & made doing the kitchen fun and easy!

I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!

Our kitchen turned out more beautiful than we could have hoped!

Our kitchen turned out more beautiful than we could have hoped. Daniel was there every step of the way, encouraging us to consider options outside our comfort zone and the end result is better for it. He's incredibly knowledgeable, considerate of budget restraints and when needed, the voice of reason (he talked me down from making expensive mistakes more than once). He was on site frequently and diligent in making sure that all of our punch list items were resolved to our satisfaction. I would absolutely recommend his services. Five stars.

Our Kitchen is Now Amazing & Functional!

Daniel from Grandior is top notch. He designed us an amazing kitchen that is totally functional and he helped pick out hardware that reflected our style and budget. He was also right there to help us if we had a snag. Daniel did such a good job with the kitchen that we used him a few  months later for the master bath. He is very skilled, patient and knowledgeable. I highly recommend!

Daniel transformed my kitchen into a very beautiful swan!

I chose Grandior Kitchen and Bath because I was impressed with Daniel and the multitude of beautiful samples in his store. I had a totally non functional, tiny kitchen, a real ugly duckling. Daniel transformed it into a very beautiful swan. I found Daniel very professional, friendly, and easy to work with. He has an excellent sense of design. He came up with some 3 dimensional designs which we fine tuned. He helped me choose products that worked well together, then we moved forward and the plan was put into action. We stayed within budget. Now I have a beautiful kitchen and dining room. I cook a lot more now.

A fantastic experience! Grandior exceeded our expectations!

Remodeling anything can be stressful at its best and downright mentally destructive at its worst. Daniel was there every step of the way to ensure that the process glided along as easily as it could. His inspirations and assistance all along the design process was extremely helpful and never overbearing. His capacity for problem solving along with his amazing contractor made a challenging situation move smoothly and exceeded our expectations. It is beyond my limited vocabulary to truly express our satisfaction as well as elation at what he helped to create. We trusted him with our dream and he helped to make it a reality. We look forward to our next project with Daniel and you should as well.

Grandior’s President & interior architect, Daniel Khoshkharaman, has been very professional. Daniel was very attentive to our desires while being extremely knowledgeable about interior design. We appreciated the responsiveness to our requests and flexibility that was offered. He has designed our entire home, which was destroyed by fire in 2014. Bathrooms, kitchen, home office, walk-in closet & flooring designs have been wonderful. He certainly knows the products he sells and has walked with us through this entire process. We are very pleased with the outcome, and we highly recommend Grandior for any home project.

I fell in love with Daniel’s attitude and approach!

I recently purchased a large house with original kitchen, bathroom and fixtures… The whole house needed to be remodeled. As I was talking to the local interior designers and Kitchen & bath showrooms I found Grandior. I was thrilled to discover that they were able to assist me with all aspects of my big projects; interior design services as well as kitchen & bath remodels. Daniel’s expertise, talent, and great product offerings made my dreary old house is a design masterpiece. Daniel’s attention to details is incredible, and his products are of high quality. All of our friends and family who visit our house are wowed by it and I am very pleased with the results and the prices.

I have to say that I searched and had many choices to go with, but fell in love with Grandior’s attitude and approach to every detail and I am glad to have chosen them. I could not have wished for a better designer than Daniel Khoshkharaman of Grandior. I extremely recommend Grandior and I continue to use their service in the future!

It was well worth the time and money!

Daniel Khoshkharaman of Grandior was really a pleasure to work with. He has excellent taste, and the real world know-how to achieve a really great result. I found him by stumbling upon his website earlier this summer. He was then contracted to design and execute a full scale gut out and remodel two bathrooms in my house. We ended up redoing one of them with body sprays shower combo, granite floors and glass mosaic tiles. The guest bathroom is a very special red paint with gold specks. Basically, everything looks very professionally done. I can say that he did a wonderful job. It was well worth the time and money.
I guess the good thing about hiring Daniel was his vision and his meticulous attention to detail in execution. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

Daniel is an innovative & amazing designer who always strives for perfection!

Daniel, the senior designer of Grandior, is an outstanding professional in his field of kitchen & bath interior design. We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition.
We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. We would, and have, highly recommended him to others and are continuing to use his services to complete two other bathrooms.

Daniel has wonderful ideas and is very knowledgeable on what makes a perfect kitchen!

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath. My husband and I were at a loss on how to renovate the kitchen in our house. When we saw the kitchen Daniel, the owner, had done in our neighbor’s house and heard about what a good experience they had we knew we could work with Daniel. He has wonderful ideas and is very knowledgeable on what makes a perfect kitchen. We used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, and together they created a kitchen that is modern and efficient yet reflects the charm of our 80 year old house. Daniel was available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. That project was completed exactly when promised.

Superior Quality Cabinets!

We chose Grandior over cheaper brands because we got a superior quality of cabinets for the price. Also, the cabinets had colors and finishes that other brands did not. Also, Daniel was excellent with helping us put our design together to maximize the function of our tiny space and finding just the right granite for our countertop. We love love love our kitchen!

We LOVE This Showroom!

We LOVE this firm! Because of COVID we waited 7 months with no dishwasher and an infuriatingly old kitchen. When we decided enough is enough we actually needed the kitchen turned over in record time. I believe it was 3 weeks from selection to complete installation. Our friends said he would promise but could never deliver on that timetable, that we weren't accounting for things gone wrong, a contractor that wouldn't show up, parts that were ordered wrong/incompletely. NOT A BIT OF IT. The day he said he would start he did, and the day he said he would finish he did. I don't have a good sense of design so Daniel gently made suggestions, and he seemed intuitively to know what i would like, what would go together, what would look new and fresh without looking glitzy or boring. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. And new handles for what remained, too, to pull it all together. He was fun, and funny, and self-effacing, and totally professional, knowledgeable, and happy to please, and we felt very confident with him from the beginning. Never an issue of up-selling or selling us beyond our price range. Just an all around happy, excited experience. Excellent range of products in the showroom, which he opened just for us, during COVID. The contractor was neat, personable, on time, perfect installation.

Daniel Gave Us The Master Bath And Bedroom That We Had Imagined!

Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

Professional, Innovative, And Flexible!

Daniel was easy to work with and made suggestions that fit me (my need for the same general design, budget, style, color scheme) but also would work when I eventually sell my home. He had many other wonderful ideas that I loved and went the extra mile to provide insight toward product background, style and functionality suggestions. I highly recommend Daniel and his company. He was professional, innovative and very flexible with design and patiently worked with me and answered all questions promptly!

Our experience with Grandior was great, we had a very specific vision for our space when it came to some elements, but needed to consult on other aspects to make the best choice based on experience and education. We found Daniel open to our input and ready with suggestions when we turned to him.

Our experience with Grandior was great, we had a very specific vision for our space when it came to some elements, but needed to consult on other aspects to make the best choice based on experience and education. We found Daniel open to our input and ready with suggestions when we turned to him.

I am thrilled at the results! Couldn’t have asked for better!

Wow. Wow. Wow.
All I could say is wow.

For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.

Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend him. He takes so much pride in what he does he won’t let you down.
