Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen and Bath. My husband and I were at a loss on how to renovate the kitchen in our house. When we saw the kitchen Daniel, the owner, had done in our neighbor’s house and heard about what a good experience they had we knew we could work with Daniel. He has wonderful ideas and is very knowledgeable on what makes a perfect kitchen. We used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, and together they created a kitchen that is modern and efficient yet reflects the charm of our 80 year old house. Daniel was available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. That project was completed exactly when promised.

Wow. Wow. Wow.
All I could say is wow.

For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.

Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend him. He takes so much pride in what he does he won’t let you down.

The best designer I worked with! knows his stuff to a T!

Recently I had the opportunity to work with my good friend Daniel Khoshkharaman and use his amazing interior design services. Daniel is the senior designer & owner of GRANDIOR, a full service design showroom. Daniel is very professional, very pleasant, and very easy to deal with. He is a very responsible person and cares about every details and tries his best to save money and best of all he is a very knowledgeable designer. He designed our restaurant and catering hall, and did a great job! I would like to thank him for the beautiful job he and his team did and we recommend him and Grandior for any design projects you have.

We remodel many houses per month and we are proud to say we have been purchasing cabinets and plumbing fixtures from Grandior for the past several years and our home buyers just love the great quality and design of the products. Grandior has many options for any realistic budget and they are great at offering large variety of kitchen and bathroom products. We have also used them for many multi-unit buildings and their prices are great and they always offer us the best quality products. We highly recommend them to any house flipper, homeowner or builder!!!

Daniel did a wonderful job designing our master bathroom remodeling project. He worked within our budget and provided quality materials. Daniel stayed with the project until completion and solved any necessary changes. His recommendation of Suess Construction to do the installation was outstanding. Joe Suess's quote for the job was reasonable, the work was high quality and he stayed on the job every day until completion.

I am very pleased with my new kitchen by Grandior Kitchen & Bath. Daniel K. personally guided me through the entire process of designing my kitchen. He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing. Daniel assisted me through the entire process of decision making, ordering, delivery and follow up. He was also a great resource to my installer.

The product was delivered on schedule which allowed the installer to complete the project in time for Thanksgiving. Daniel handled questions/concerns promptly. I highly recommend Grandior Kitchen & Bath. My husband and I are very pleased with our beautiful kitchen. We have many bells & whistles which make it easier and enjoyable to prepare meals. My family spends much more time in the kitchen.

Friends and neighbors are impressed. I have no regrets. I would do this again. I am very happy.

The best designer I could ever have hoped for! Style, class, imagination, creativity, attention to detail and flair are just some of Grandior’s qualities. Daniel was with me every step of the way in picking out the best products for my master bath remodel. I am grateful I found him at the beginning of the process with my cabinets because that set the stage for all that followed, from flooring and shower tile, to faucets and hardware. Daniel made me feel like my project was a top priority for him. And, he provided countless graphic designs that included exact measurements. Daniel is a jolly good fellow and a pleasure to work with.

Daniel is very talented. He took an absolutely dismal kitchen and made into a masterpiece. His eye for detail is amazing which was proven when he chose the paint for the entire house and helped us decide where to hang our artwork.

As an interior designer and a trade professional, when it came time to select a vendor to partner with for my own clientele at my design firm there was no better choice than Grandior Kitchens. Grandior came highly recommended from friends, architects, colleagues and family. Daniel and his team are very creative, insightful and always provide me and my clients with ideas we never would have thought of on our own. They have the best and largest curated cabinet selection in Maryland, and I love how it is a one-stop showroom and I can get everything I need for all my remodeling projects and I don't have to waste time and go to multiple different showrooms for different products! This is a huge plus for me and my business and it saves me lots of money and time. I highly recommend Grandior to all other interior designers, architects, builders and even house flippers as this place is a Gem in Maryland. They have all different price points and they can work with all different kinds of projects with quality products.

Could not have asked for a better, more collaborative Kitchen And Bathroom showroom!

We loved working with Grandior Kitchens. Their time, design ideas, and craftsmanship helped us maximize space in our kitchen and achieve the look we had desired--within the time frame and price promised. The friendliness of all Grandior team made the process fun too! In addition to our kitchen renovation, we also worked with Grandior to remodel our master bathroom, the hallway bathroom and the guest bath. All the custom bathroom cabinetry are beautiful, useful and seemingly built to withstand heavy use in a busy household with kids. Love the stone work as well. Thank you so much for the great work you have done! Hands-down the best kitchen designer in Baltimore!!!

Daniel was easy to work with and made suggestions that fit me (my need for the same general design, budget, style, color scheme) but also would work when I eventually sell my home. He had many other wonderful ideas that I loved and went the extra mile to provide insight toward product background, style and functionality suggestions. I highly recommend Daniel and his company. He was professional, innovative and very flexible with design and patiently worked with me and answered all questions promptly!

Daniel is wonderful to work with. He listened closely to my vision and helped me to achieve the look I was going for. His design suggestions were right on the mark and he was very patient while helping to direct me toward my final overall selection of products, styles and colors. Working with him certainly left me with a sense of confidence regarding the finished look. I would recommend this company!

Daniel was a pleasure to work with! My 80's bathroom is now a pleasure spa. Daniel worked with us thru issues with the contractor and would not give up until things were perfect. thank you!

I had an excellent experience working with Grandior Kitchen and Bath for the renovation of my kitchen. Daniel spent time getting to know our style and put together the perfect design that matched our taste and that looked fantastic with the rest of the house. Daniel was extremely responsive throughout the project and provided excellent guidance with our contractor to make sure the installation went smoothly. I absolutely loved working with him and plan to do more projects with him in the future. I highly recommend him!

What first impressed me about Daniel were his personality, professionalism, and the “connection” that was made between him and us. He had the ability to hear our “wants and needs” to design our perfect kitchen, entertainment room, and living room. His team of workmen all shared in the same work ethic. They were always on time, were courteous, pleasant and neat working in our home. He was there to assist us in all aspects of the decision making; cabinetry, hardware, lighting, appliances, countertops, furniture, flooring, lighting, window treatments, and color scheme with much ease. As promised he made himself available via phone or text to answer any and all questions. His calm demeanor helped to make this an extremely smooth and easy renovation that we ever anticipated. We would highly recommend Grandior to anyone who is considering a kitchen renovation.

Remodeling anything can be stressful at its best and downright mentally destructive at its worst. Daniel was there every step of the way to ensure that the process glided along as easily as it could. His inspirations and assistance all along the design process was extremely helpful and never overbearing. His capacity for problem solving along with his amazing contractor made a challenging situation move smoothly and exceeded our expectations. It is beyond my limited vocabulary to truly express our satisfaction as well as elation at what he helped to create. We trusted him with our dream and he helped to make it a reality. We look forward to our next project with Daniel and you should as well.

Grandior was amazing. The lead designer and owner, Daniel, was involved with us every step of the way providing invaluable insight on millions of subtle details that made our kitchen the kitchen that everyone raves about. If you want an awesome kitchen and an experience with someone more committed to the perfect kitchen (than you will be), be sure to speak to Daniel.

We have to thank you for our beautiful custom home! We have never worked with someone with your talent, professionalism, and passion for your work! This project was flawless from inception to completion. You were always on time with everything and not only were you wonderful at what you do, but pleasant and responsive as well. The products speak for themselves! We have had so many great compliments on how beautiful the house is and we recommend you to anyone interested in remodeling their homes. It was a pleasure working with you! Thank you for making our dream home come to life!

Daniel, the senior designer of Grandior, is an outstanding professional in his field of kitchen & bath interior design. We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition.
We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. We would, and have, highly recommended him to others and are continuing to use his services to complete two other bathrooms.

He is an amazing designer! We love our home!

Grandior’s President & interior architect, Daniel Khoshkharaman, has been very professional. Daniel was very attentive to our desires while being extremely knowledgeable about interior design. We appreciated the responsiveness to our requests and flexibility that was offered. He has designed our entire home, which was destroyed by fire in 2014. Bathrooms, kitchen, home office, walk-in closet & flooring designs have been wonderful. He certainly knows the products he sells and has walked with us through this entire process. We are very pleased with the outcome, and we highly recommend Grandior for any home project.

Remodeled our kitchen and so happy with the results. Daniel was extremely patient with the decision making process. He recommended products that were unique and customized our space. His design concepts were excellent and was always available during construction. He put us in touch with an amazing contractor who made the dream a reality. We definitely recommend Grandior for your remodeling needs.

I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!
