Basically, everything looks very professionally done. I can say that he did a wonderful job. It was well worth the time and money.
I guess the good thing about hiring Daniel was his vision and his meticulous attention to detail in execution. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

My kitchen was done in 2.5 weeks with no delays! What is most important is that Daniel was also available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.

When we saw the kitchen Daniel, the owner, had done in our neighbor’s house and heard about what a good experience they had we knew we could work with Daniel. He has wonderful ideas and is very knowledgeable on what makes a perfect kitchen. We used the contractor he suggested, Joe Suess, and together they created a kitchen that is modern and efficient yet reflects the charm of our 80 year old house. Daniel was available throughout the entire project to answer any questions or solve any problems that came up. That project was completed exactly when promised.

We LOVE this firm! Because of COVID we waited 7 months with no dishwasher and an infuriatingly old kitchen. When we decided enough is enough we actually needed the kitchen turned over in record time. I believe it was 3 weeks from selection to complete installation. Our friends said he would promise but could never deliver on that timetable, that we weren't accounting for things gone wrong, a contractor that wouldn't show up, parts that were ordered wrong/incompletely. NOT A BIT OF IT. The day he said he would start he did, and the day he said he would finish he did. I don't have a good sense of design so Daniel gently made suggestions, and he seemed intuitively to know what i would like, what would go together, what would look new and fresh without looking glitzy or boring. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. And new handles for what remained, too, to pull it all together. All I could say is wow.

For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.

Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. Couldn’t have asked for better. I would highly recommend him. He takes so much pride in what he does he won’t let you down.

We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. We would, and have, highly recommended him to others and are continuing to use his services to complete two other bathrooms.

He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.
