The best designer I could ever have hoped for! Style, class, imagination, creativity, attention to detail and flair are just some of Grandior’s qualities. Daniel was with me every step of the way in picking out the best products for my master bath remodel. I am grateful I found him at the beginning of the process with my cabinets because that set the stage for all that followed, from flooring and shower tile, to faucets and hardware. Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

As an interior designer and a trade professional, when it came time to select a vendor to partner with for my own clientele at my design firm there was no better choice than Grandior Kitchens. Daniel is very talented. He took an absolutely dismal kitchen and made into a masterpiece. His eye for detail is amazing which was proven when he chose the paint for the entire house and helped us decide where to hang our artwork.

All I could say is wow.

For years I had wanted to remodel my kitchen and bathrooms, but would get nervous if all the time and money spent would wow me.
So I would put it off. I went to stop by Grandior just to see what can be offered. Daniel, the owner operator took so much time not to just help me plan but give me ideas and a lot of guidance. He helped me understand issues about the kitchen and bathrooms that I hadn’t even considered before. He’s amazing with technology and has a keen eye to mentally visualize how things will turn out.
The other key thing is he can tell you if something is low quality and not to be used.

Once it was all finished, my friends and family would come over and go Gaga over the kitchen. It made my house just look and feel like a new home. I love it. I am thrilled at the results. I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections.
