We found him to be an innovative, talented designer who always strives to achieve the highest level of perfection through attention to detail throughout every facet of the project. His courteous, accommodating demeanor enabled the project to run smoothly, and we were extremely happy with our fabulous new addition. We hired him to design a large addition to our house which included a large luxury kitchen, powder room, laundry room, and a master suite (including a walk-in closet). His services also included light design, color scheme, artwork and window treatments. Because Grandior is a full service design firm, we were able to achieve the desired results at one destination. In fact, my cabinet maker had pull-out shelves on back-order for a long time, and Daniel was in frequent communications with them until they shipped the shelves.

We had the rooms that we had imagined from the start!


Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

Well Worth The Time And Money!

We ended up redoing one of them with body sprays shower combo, granite floors and glass mosaic tiles. The guest bathroom is a very special red paint with gold specks. Basically, everything looks very professionally done. I can say that he did a wonderful job. It was well worth the time and money.
I guess the good thing about hiring Daniel was his vision and his meticulous attention to detail in execution. I would definitely recommend him and hire him again if I wanted to do another project.

We LOVE this firm! Because of COVID we waited 7 months with no dishwasher and an infuriatingly old kitchen. When we decided enough is enough we actually needed the kitchen turned over in record time. We got loads of new cabinets, (thank God for drawers - finally!) And quartz countertops and new sinks and accessories and a new dishwasher. He was fun, and funny, and self-effacing, and totally professional, knowledgeable, and happy to please, and we felt very confident with him from the beginning. Never an issue of up-selling or selling us beyond our price range. Just an all around happy, excited experience.
