Daniel Khoshkharaman was a pleasure to work with. He planned the scope of work and ordered the necessary materials. We used our own contractor for the demolition and installations. He was very intent to give us the master bath and bedroom that we had imagined. For example, he visited our house in the early stages of planning to get a good understanding of the space within which we were working and, importantly, our taste as we showed him other rooms in the house. This project ran head on with the Covid-19 pandemic, so there were problems. But when problems arose, whether from the pandemic or as they do with any project of the size of ours, Daniel was extremely helpful with our contractor or with the vendors providing the cabinets, fixtures, or other items. And most importantly was always on our side. When necessary, he visited the house during the construction and helped with whatever and whenever necessary. This was not the least expensive way to renovate our master bath and bedroom, but with the conclusion we had the rooms that we had imagined from the start.

Daniel was easy to work with and made suggestions that fit me (my need for the same general design, budget, style, color scheme) but also would work when I eventually sell my home. I am extremely satisfied with our new kitchen. Owner Daniel provided ideas, high quality products and hands on supervision until the project was completed. Daniel recommended the contractor, Joe Suess, and my husband and I were very happy with the quality of his work. We trusted him enough to leave town for 10 days during the completion of the project which only took 3 weeks. We had the entire kitchen gutted and replaced in a short period of time.

I visited Grandior for almost 9 months prior to signing the contract. Daniel was never a pushy salesperson and worked with me during that time so that I was comfortable with my selections. He ordered samples so that I know exactly what I was purchasing. The products were not run of the mill items but each piece (cabinets, faucet, sink, etc.) were unique and special. Daniel has an extensive background and was able to also recommend paint colors using his interior decorating skills. Daniel is very likeable and friendly but most of all he is an experienced designer. He made doing the kitchen fun and easy. I love my new kitchen!

Daniel is very talented. He took an absolutely dismal kitchen and made into a masterpiece. His eye for detail is amazing which was proven when he chose the paint for the entire house and helped us decide where to hang our artwork.

He actually was able to identify from my personality and conversations what would work for me and my family. I was amazed at how his assessment was on par. The result is amazing.
